8 progressive strength sessions

This course supports your physical rehab, steadily builds your strength, core and pelvic floor. Whether you trained through pregnancy or you have never been in a gym we can give you the confidence to exercise postpartum.

 

Looking to return to strength training, hiit, crossfit, running or other intense exercise we are the step you need!

 

Join from your 6-8 week doctor's check or 12 weeks post c-section and bring your baby along until they are at a gentle toddle.

 

Each course is limited to 8 people and starts with group-meet and one-to-one consult followed by 8 weeks of progressive sessions. We use a mix of weights, functional fitness equipment and bodyweight exercises.

 

We are the OG's in offering in-room baby support. Our doulas offer baby support by entertaining and soothing your little ones within eye and earshot of you, allowing you to make the most of your workout. 

 

Based at Shredquarters in Hove. There is plenty of space to accommodate pushchairs, bouncers, toys, snacks, blankets and buggy access as well as parking right outside!

*(first class is consults only. Please check dates prior to booking: the price is for a block booking and non-refundable unless at Mamatime's discretion. We offer everyone one Strong Mamas session as a make-up session if a class is missed and we offer a bring your baby make up session to as many people as possible.
